One person. The whole product.

I build with AI, almost solo — design, code, data, deploy. There is no hand-off between the person who understands the product and the person building it, because they are the same person.

Websites

Marketing and commerce sites, bilingual where it matters, on their own domains — built to be found and to convert.

Apps

Native iOS and Android, and the web product beside it. Alerts, accounts, billing, the unglamorous parts included.

Agents

Systems that run the work — triage, pipelines and control planes, with a human gate wherever a mistake would cost something.

No hand-offs

One person holds the brief, the design and the code. Nothing is lost in translation between them, and there is nobody to brief but me.

Days, not months

Something real in front of people quickly, then iterated against what actually happens — instead of a discovery phase.

Without the agency overhead

You are paying for the thing being built, not for account management, status calls and a team you never meet.
